Ergebnis der Anfragen an die Behörden in Gibraltar

Ich hab eine Anfrage an die Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar geschickt, um mir zu bestätigen, ob diese Firma existent ist.


Ich habe folgenden Antwort erhalten:

Rox-Payment Ltd is not a Gibraltar incorporated company. Enroxcard is not registered as a Business Name according to the companies registry.



Rox-Payment Ltd / Enroxcard are not regulated or otherwise known to the FSC.



Eric Jonson is not regulated or otherwise known to the FSC.



The address provided appears to be false. ‘Queensway’ exists, but is not known as ‘Queensway Road’. The numbers on the ‘even’ side of Queensway do not reach No. 54.



It is therefore reasonable to determine that this entity is at best misrepresenting itself and may well be fraudulent.
